A little bit about me

Professional

I am the Postgres Platform Lead at Citadel, specializing in database infrastructure and platform engineering.

Previous to my current role, I worked as a database infrastructure and backend engineer in the startup world, mostly recently at Brex and Coffee Meets Bagel. Beyond my 9–5, I’m an organizer for Postgres Summit US and speak frequently at conferences about Postgres and database scaling.

Personal

I was born and raised in Seattle, and now live in New York City. In my spare time, I love to dance lindy hop, read, spend time with my friends and family, and be medium-pretentious about wine and coffee.

Some of my favorite things include my cat Eleanor, throwing parties, and solo travel.
